Notification of an infringement

If you suspect wrongdoing by our employees or contractors, such as::

a criminal offence,
administrative offence (up to CZK 10,000),
violation of the Whistleblower Protection Act (Act No. 171/2023 Coll.),
violation of a legal regulation or EU regulation in the defined areas of whistleblower protection related to the performance of work or other similar activities,

What is whistleblowing?

“The ability of employees or contractors to report certain illegal acts or unethical behaviour of which they become aware in the course of their work. This is done without fear of retaliation from supervisors or colleagues as a result of such a report”.

How can you do this?

You can contact the appropriate persons (listed below) or use the contact form below. You can also request a personal meeting (by appointment, preferably by email).

The contact person will let you know within 7 days whether the notification has been received. You will be informed of the outcome of your complaint within 30 days of receipt. This period may be extended by up to 30 days in complex cases.

We accept reports every day between 10:00 and 14:00.

Please leave your contact details so that we can contact you to inform you of the status of your report.

We also promise that no retaliatory action will be taken against you. However, this does not apply if, after a thorough investigation, it is found that the person has knowingly made a false report. In this case, the whistleblower is not protected by the Whistleblower Protection Act.

External reporting system

Whistleblowers may contact the Ministry of Justice as an external reporting system in connection with a report under the Whistleblower Protection Act. Notification to the Ministry of Justice may be made in writing, by telephone or in person.
