Helios Nephrite Information System
We use the Helios Nephrite Information System, which is linked up to data acquisition from MES machinery.
MES Software ensures online production and the automatic deduction of production components from the stock, as well as the monitoring and analysis of key production indicators, times and downtimes, scrap rate, and machinery malfunction. One great advantage is its well-arranged visual management of production and machinery, including the elimination of human errors.
To show important information for machinery operators, we use TV panels located all over the production floor. Bar code readers and touch screen control panels are used for entering input information.
Robotized workplaces
We rely significantly on robotized and automated workplaces. We can therefore reduce the physical workload of our employees.
We are accelerating the speed of our production lines and reducing the numbers of production employees. We are also increasing the accuracy of production operations as much as possible, with an emphasis on the high quality of our products.
AR VISOR programme
This is a new product for rapid diagnostics and troubleshooting. Using bar codes, we can read 3D models, drawing documentation, and detailed instructions for maintenance workers to a portable PC device for the respective machine lines.
Instantly, we have the necessary information at our disposal, including a direct line to the spare parts warehouse. Regular maintenance is supported by clear visual material for each individual machine.
JHV CAM monitoring equipment
Rapid and detailed diagnostics of machine malfunctions without the necessary presence of a skilled maintenance worker. These are the main advantages of our portable monitoring equipment, consisting of two highly sensitive cameras and a recording device.
When a malfunction occurs, the whole problem is recorded in detailed sequences, and thus the defect can be easily and rapidly evaluated.
