Industry 4.0
We love modern technology, so we never wanted to miss the opportunity to incorporate Industry 4.0 trends into our production processes. New technologies improve the coordination between our employees and our robots and make our work much easier.
We use the Helios Nephrite Information System, which is linked to data collection from MES machines.
The MES software ensures online production and automatic withdrawal of production components from stock, as well as monitoring and analysis of key production indicators, times and downtimes, scrap rates and machine malfunctions. A major advantage is the clear visual management of production and machinery, including the elimination of human error.
