Low Pressure Drop – ERP 2018

REC+ aluminium heat exchangers are the perfect way of switching from a crossflow to a counterflow heat exchanger. They meet Ecodesign requirements, and the plate geometry enables the heat exchangers to achieve the minimum required efficiency with the least possible pressure drop. Plus, it is much cheaper.

COMBI CXS

COMBI CXS

Solution for high air flow rates

The COMBI solution is designed for recovery from larger air volumes. It consists of two REK+ or REC+ counterflow heat exchangers and two air dividers. The use of counterflow heat exchangers in the COMBI solution results in greater efficiency than with commonly used crossflow heat exchangers, which are also commonly employed for higher flow rates above 5,000 m3/h.

BYPASS

BYPASS

For air bypass control

BYPASS is suitable for situations where heating the air would be inconvenient, e.g. during summer months when interior heating is not desirable. It is useful in winter as well, since it prevents the heat exchanger freezing (which could easily damage it) when temperatures are below zero.

BYPASS DAMPER

Control and shut off damper

The RECUTECH galvanized bypass damper BD is a is a control and shut off damper. The product is intended for volume control of supply or extract air. It comes in a manual or motorized version with an integrated optical position indicator. Its control is on the side. The damper length can be ordered in 1 mm increments from 400 mm to 1350 mm. The blades are 100 mm wide.
